Terms and Conditions (T&C) of Albertben Nigeria Limited, a car rental company:

  1. Rental Agreement & Acceptance The rental agreement is binding once the customer confirms the booking and pays the required deposit/fees. The renter must provide a valid ID, driver’s license, and any other required documents before vehicle pickup.
  1. Driver Eligibility & Requirements Only drivers aged 21+ (or as specified) with a valid Nigerian driver’s license (or international license if applicable) are permitted. Additional drivers must be registered and approved by Albertben Nigeria Limited.
  1. Rental Duration & Extensions The rental period is fixed; extensions require prior approval and may incur extra charges. Late returns without notice will attract penalty fees (e.g., hourly/daily rate).
  1. Payment & Security Deposit Full payment or a deposit is required before vehicle handove  . A refundable security deposit is held to cover damages, fuel, or traffic fines incurred during the rental.
  1. Prohibited Use of Vehicle No illegal activities, reckless driving, off-road use, or subleasing. Smoking, transporting hazardous materials, or overloading the vehicle is prohibited.
  1. Fuel Policy Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup (or a refueling fee applies). Use of low-quality fuel that damages the engine will result in liability for repairs.

     7. Maintenance & Breakdowns Renters must check oil, coolant, and tire pressure regularly. In case of  breakdowns, customers must contact Albertben Nigeria Limited immediately; unauthorized repairs are not covered.

  1. Insurance & Liability Basic insurance is included, but renters may be liable for a deductible/excess fee in case of damage.. Optional full coverage insurance may be available for an extra fee.
  1. Accidents & Damage Policy Any accident, theft, or damage must be reported immediately to Albertben Nigeria Limited and the police (if necessary).. Renters are responsible for damages due to negligence or policy violations.
  1. Termination & Penalties Albertben Nigeria Limited reserves the right to terminate the rental if terms are violated (e.g., drunk driving, fraud).. Violations may result in fines, legal action, or blacklisting from future rentals.
  2. Additional Important Clauses: Governing Law: Disputes will be resolved under Nigerian law (specify state if needed).
  3. Modification of Terms: Albertben Nigeria Limited may update T&C with prior notice.
