General information

Yes, our free pick-up service is available at non-airport locations and during normal business hours. To schedule your pick up time or make additional arrangements, please call you local rental office directly. Once picked up and back at the office, a friendly rental representative will complete your paper work and have you on the road in no time.

Please note:

  • Our rental offices are happy to pick you up, but they do not deliver vehicles.
  • If renting from an airport location, our offices are either in the terminal or a short shuttle ride away.
  • Due to security regulations, our non-airport rental locations cannot pick you up or drop you off at an airport.
  • In order to guarantee a pick-up time from your local branch, you must confirm your rental with the office at least two hours in advance.
  • Pick-ups are done by the first non-airport location within 16 kilometers (10 miles) of your location - as long at the nearest branch is able to pick you up; not all branches within 16 kilometers (10 miles), are able to do a pick-up.
  • Due to no-shows, our local rental offices can only schedule confirmed pickups.

Since you rented at an airport location, we can extend this reservation for you in no time. In order to do so, please call our customer service specialists are here to help!

Please note:

  • At this time, the only way to extend your rental is to call us.
  • When extending a rental, the branch will need to place an additional authorization on your credit or debit card.
  • Your rates are subject to change based on the length of your rental extension. Usually the longer you keep the vehicle, the better deal you'll receive because you can then take advantage of our weekly and monthly rates.

Booking and reservations

Yes, you can rent a car for someone else, but the primary driver must be present at the time of rental to provide their driver's license and sign the rental agreement.

Great news! There is generally a 29 minute grace period for daily rentals.

If the vehicle is returned within 2 ½ hours of the time it was rented on a subsequent day, additional hourly charges will apply. Hourly charges for your location and rental can be found on your rental contract.

If you return the vehicle 2 ½ hours or more from the time it was rented on a subsequent day, you will be charged for an additional day of rental.

Please Note: A vehicle that is returned after hours will not be checked in until the next business day. If returning after hours when a branch is closed, the customer is responsible for the vehicle until the satisfactory check in of the rental vehicle the next business day.

Pricing and payment

Reservations can be made online through our website, by calling our customer service hotline, or by visiting one of our rental locations in person.

A reservation cancellation fee pre-determined by the company may apply if you cancel your reservation.

No fee shall apply if the cancellation is made at least seven days prior to the date of pick-up. The cancellation fee shall apply for those made six days or less prior to the date of pick-up.

The rental fee is determined in accordance with the model of the vehicle and the length of the rental period. If the user has requested any additional options, accessories, compensation package, or other services, the applicable costs will be added to the basic fee accordingly.

Yes. We generally require payment by credit card, but if the reservation is made in advance, we allow payment in cash at the rental station where the vehicle is to be picked up. You will be required to pay by credit card if you rent a car from a rental station without a reservation.

Yes. We offer a diverse fleet of vehicles with automation transmission, including economy cars, compact cars, SUVs, luxury cars, and more to suit various needs and preferences.

Yes. For midterm cancellations, please contact the rental station from where you picked up the vehicle before returning home. Half of the refund for the unused period will be deducted as the midterm cancellation fee, and the remainder will be refunded.
